Gastehaus Schmidt is not responsible for errors in the dates of your stay or the property that you entered on the website. If anything is incorrect on your confirmation we will email you, please contact our office within 24 hours to make corrections. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will apply.
We require a valid credit card to make a reservation. A week before your arrival, we will pre-authorize any remaining balance on the card you used to make the reservation. Your bank will then take this amount from your available balance for up to 14 days after you check out. This authorization may cause overdrafts on debit cards. If you have questions about the authorization procedure please call the bank that issued your card. We have no control over the authorization procedures of your bank. If we cannot obtain an authorization, your reservation is subject to cancellation.
Please be aware of restrictions set forth by property owners, such as children restrictions, smoking policy, pets, etc.
It is possible that the reservation system may allow you to
make a reservation for a property that will not meet your requirements.
If there is a conflict with your reservation, Gastehaus Schmidt will
contact you within 24 business hours to discuss any problem.
We will email you a confirmation letter at the earliest opportunity. It will include the map and the key arrangements. Where applicable, your key will be in our office until we close. Then we will deliver it to the guest house. Please bring the map we sent you. There are no refunds if you cannot find the guest house.
