You can only make reservations for two or more nights using our online reservation system. If you want to make a one night reservation at those homes that take them, please call our office at 866-427-8374.

Gastehaus Schmidt is not responsible for errors in the dates of your stay or the property that you entered on the website. If anything is incorrect on your confirmation we will email you, please contact our office within 24 hours to make corrections. Otherwise, our cancellation policy will apply.

We require a valid credit card to make a reservation. We require payment in full for any reservation made online.

Please be aware of restrictions set forth by property owners, such as children restrictions, smoking policy, pets, etc.

It is possible that the reservation system may allow you to make a reservation for a property that will not meet your requirements. If there is a conflict with your reservation, Gastehaus Schmidt will contact you within 24 business hours to discuss any problem.

We will email you a confirmation letter at the earliest opportunity. It will include the map and the key arrangements. Where applicable, your key will be in our office until we close. Then we will deliver it to the guest house. Please bring the map we sent you. There are no refunds if you cannot find the guest house.
